Customer can return an item for full refund if he/she is not satisfied with the quality of the product. Refunds/Returns are only processed with following rules taken into consideration. (NO EXCEPTIONS MADE):

  • Item has to be returned within 30 days of purchase for refund (starting from when the tracking number shows the order as delivered)
  • Please contact via e-mail to receive an RMA number for your return. Returns without an approriate RMA number may take longer or not be considered for returns.
  • The item should be in unused and undamaged condition. Product in damaged, used or scratched condition will not be applicable for refund.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging. Items received that are not in original packaging will have 20% deducted from the refund or may not be qualified for a refund.
  • A Shipping & Handling charge of $7.95 applies if a product is returned for exchange. Only the cost of the item is refunded in case of return.
  • WE DO NOT SELL USED OR REFURBISHED ITEMS. If there is some technical problem with an item that has been used, then please return it to the manufacturer for repair/replacement. We do not hold responsibility for used items.
  • Refund can not be given for returned engraved items unless engraving is not done according to customer's instructions.
  • We require a copy of the order or packing slip to be returned along with a note explaining the reason for return.
  • All returns are processed on Friday. No returns will be processed upon request.
