How can I receive wholesale prices on items?

To receive the amazing benefits and low costs of wholesale prices on our items, you must first create an account with Visol Products. This account must then be approved, which will allow you access to wholesale discounts. If you already have an account, you must log in to purchase items with the wholesale discount.

What is the minimum dollar amount for a first time order?

For your first order, you must purchase a minimum of $200 worth of merchandise.

Can I get a wholesale discount on bulk orders without having an account with Visol Products?

Whether or not items are ordered in bulk, you must have an account to receive the wholesale discount. However, other web sites which sell Visol products such as eLighters and eFlasks offer bulk discounts without requiring the creation of an account.

Will my account be approved without a reseller's license?

Accounts without a reseller's license will not be approved and will not be given access to the wholesale discount.

I have an account with Visol Products. Can I drop-ship orders?

Yes, Visol Products allows drop-ship orders. If you would like to drop-ship an order, please follow these steps:

  1. Add the items you would like to drop-ship to your cart in the manner you would like them shipped.
  2. Check out as normal until the billing/shipping information page comes up.
  3. On the billing/shipping information page, enter your business' billing information on the left. Enter your customer's shipping information on the right. This will ensure that you are billed for the purchase and that the order ships to your customer.

Can I create an account via fax?

I have just placed my order. How long will it take to receive it?

How long will my order take to process if some or all of the items require engraving services?

Orders with engravings typically require 3-4 business days to process. Please see our Shipping Info page for further information.

Can I check my order history?

Yes, you can check detailed information on your full history of orders with Visol Products on our Order History page.

I noticed that an item's price has changed. Can I order this item with the old price?

No. Prices are subject to change without notice at any time, and items cannot be purchased with old prices.

Do you offer logo engraving?

We are currently unable to engrave logos on items.

Do you offer shipping to Canada or anywhere else outside of the USA?

We do not currently offer shipping to anywhere outside of the USA.

I have placed an order for lighters. How will they be shipped?

Due to FAA government regulations, lighters must be shipped through the use of ground parcel services. Also due to government regulations, lighters will be shipped empty of fuel. Express shipping on lighters is not available.

I would like to render Expedited Engraving Services. How do I do this?

Expedited Engraving Services are offered for a nominal charge of $3.95. To order this service, select 'Yes' on the 'Expedite Engraving?' dropdown tab on the item page of the product you would like expedited. Expedite Engraving Services must be selected before the item is ordered. This service is not available once the order has been placed.

I would like to order two or more of the same item with different engravings on each item. How do I do this?

To order two or more of the same item with different engravings, please follow these steps:

  1. Enter the engraving information in the engraving box on the item page, choosing the desired font and a preference on Expedited Engraving Services.
  2. Click the '[ + ] Add Another Personalized Product' button.
  3. A new set of engraving information will open, allowing you to enter separate information for the second item. 
  4. Repeat this process until you have entered information for all of the items in your order.
  5. Click the 'Add to Cart' button to proceed to Checkout.

Bulk discounts and engraving charges will be automatically added.

What types of payment does Visol Products accept?

Visol Products accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover) and COD orders.
