Terms of Service

Order Processing

  • Orders have to be sent through vendor’s website (http://www.VisolProducts.com), individually or as a bulk upload file (.csv or .xls excel format)
  • Orders received after 9 a.m. CST or on a non-business day will be processed the next business day.
  • If an order needs to be cancelled or changed, an e-mail notice must be sent with ‘Cancel Request’ or ‘Change Request’ in the subject line along with the order / reference number within 1 hour. If an order is shipped before any request is made, the retailer is responsible for contacting the customer and stopping/refusing the shipment.
  • Orders without engraving ship within 1-2 business days; Orders with engraving ship within 3-4 business days
  • If a bulk order is placed, retailer is responsible to verify the order and its information went through and is correct as well as making sure the confirmation e-mail was received.
  • A $2.00 drop shipping fee is attached to each and every order.


  • The vendor only accepts credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) and PayPal at this time.


  • Visol, Zippo, Tonino Lamborghini and Caseti brand products will receive 50% off retail prices.
  • Colibri, Xikar, ST Dupont and other brandsstart at 35% off retail prices and can vary.
  • Discount structure is subject to change at vendor’s discretion.
  • Coupon codes or discounts other than the drops ship discount given are not applicable when retailer places an order.

Brand Policy

  •  Visol Products can be sold internationally.
  • Caseti brand products can be sold within U.S.A, Canada and Latin America.
  • Zippo, Colibri and Xikar are only available in the U.S.A. It cannot be exported.
  • The retailer must follow the MAP (minimum advertised pricing) that we provide in product feeds. Any retailer found to be in violation may be terminated without warning or notice.
  • If selling brands other than Visol (e.g. Zippo), the retailer must follow that brand’s guidelines, policies and branding requirements.
  • Any retailer who sell and ship items that are generic or counterfeit under the Visol brand name will be persecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Engraving Policy

  • Please allow for at least 3-4 business days for engraving orders to ship. Orders can be expedited and shipped within 1-2 business days for an additional fee. During the holiday season, engraving processing time may change. Please refer to our holiday delivery on our website for more information.
  • Engraving charges is as follows: $2.99 for the first line, $1.99 for each additional line.
  • Engraving is done only on the items where engraving is offered on the website.
  • The number of characters allowed per line is specified on the item’s page of our website.
  • Vendor will engrave with only the fonts available on the VisolProducts.com website. No requests for certain fonts not offered or special characters will be considered.
  • For monogram-style engraving, retailer must specify the monogram font (e.g. Roman Monogram, Diamond Monogram, etc.) and provide exactly 3 initials in a first name, last name, and middle name format. Example: John F. Kennedy = JKF
  • Once order is placed, any engraving change request has to be placed within 1 hour of ordering. Any requests made after that will not be processed.
  • Engraving size and location will vary based on engraver’s discretion.


  • The vendor offers the following shipping methods: standard, priority, priority express. UPS ground, UPS second day, UPS next day and UPS 3 day to the continental U.S. (including APO and FPO), U.S. territories and Canada
  • Retailer is responsible for shipping charges including returns, refusals, lost packages (after order shows it was delivered) and delivery exceptions (e.g. invalid address)
  • If an order is shown as ‘delivered’, the vendor is NOT held responsible for any lost/stolen packages. Package insurance may be purchased beforehand if necessary.
  • Please ensure the shipping address the order is going to is correct. If any changes must be made by UPS, a $15 charge will be made on your account. Vendor is NOT responsible for any packages not delivered due to incorrect addresses.

International/APO Shipping

  • VendorDOES NOT ship Zippo internationally.
  • Currently, the vendor CANNOTship lighters internationally.
  • Shipping method available to the retailer is only UPS international.
  • Any duties, customs, foreign taxes or related charges must be paid by the customer.The shipping company bills the vendor (shipper) for these charges. Retailer WILL assume responsibility for these charges and their account will be billed.

Backorders / Out of Stock

  • The vendor’s systems show live inventory.
  • E-mail will be sent if item(s) is out of stock with next availability date.
  • Orders will get cancelled automatically after 1 week if no response to the ‘Out of Stock’ e-mail is received from the retailer.
  • A notification e-mail will be sent on items that go out of stock. Item availability can be verified on the Visol Products website.
  • Item substitutions will not be done without approval of vendor.
  • For items with less than 50 in stock, availability is not guaranteed.
  • It is the retailer’s responsibility to check inventory levels of the products selling on their own website. Vendor is not responsible if the retailer sells a product that has low or no inventory.

Returns / Exchanges

  • RMA (return merchandise authorization) # is required for returns. Any returned orders WITHOUT a RMA # will not be processed. Please contact us via e-mail to receive RMA #’s.
  • Engraved items do NOT qualify for returns unless an error has been made by us. In such an event, a photo must be taken of the actual item as proof. This applies to damaged and incorrect items as well. Photos via digital camera or smartphone camera are acceptable.
  • Approved returned orders with the proper RMA # will be refunded if returned within 30 days. Vendor does NOT pay for return postage for items being returned UNLESS a mistake was made by us.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging. Items received that are not in original packaging will have 20% deducted from the refund.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be charged if an un-engraved item is refused and sent back to us or is returned because of address problems.
  • If a defective item is received, the vendor must be notified within 3 business days with a proper RMA #. If any notice is given after this time, the retailer is responsible for the pre-paid label.
  • If the vendor sent the wrong product, a picture of the product must be sent in for us to reship it.
  • If there is a discrepancy in the order, notice must be given within 3 days of receiving it.

General Policy

  • Vendor’s business hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Any inquiries sent during non-business hours will be answered on the next business day.
  • Retailer must have a valid e-mail address in order to receive any updates or notifications. Vendor does not assume any responsibility for missed information in such an event.
  • The retailer must add the vendor’s e-mailto their address book to receive the most current updates to all products. Failure to do so may result in important e-mails being sent to spam folders. Vendor is not responsible for any missed e-mails.
  • Product images and specifications will be provided to the retailer upon vendor approval. Product descriptions CANNOT be copied verbatim, by doing so may cause in termination of account without notice by vendor.
  • Vendor is not responsible for falsified orders. It is the retailer’s responsibility to verify all customers’ information when placing an order.
  • The VisolProducts.com website may contain typographical errors, discrepancies or inaccurate information from time to time. We reserve the right to change information without any notice and it is the retailer’s responsibility to ensure the information aligns correctly with each product.

Account Termination

  • Retailer may choose to terminate their account at any time with 2 weeks’ notice beforehand by e-mail or written notice via fax.
  • All orders must be completed and processed during this time as well as ensuring any situations have been resolved.
  • All outstanding balances must be paid in full before termination. Failure to do so may result in legal action.
  • All content obtained during membership including, but not limited to images, 360 video and descriptions must be taken down and cannot be used any longer. If vendor is found to still be using the retailer’s content after leaving the program, legal consequences will be taken.
  • Vendor reserves the right to terminate the retailer’s account at any time without notice if terms & conditions have been violated in any way.


  • All content such as but not limited to images, 360 video, descriptions, logos and digital downloads are owned by the vendor and are protected by international copyright laws.

Important Notice Regarding Lighters

  • All lighters are shipped WITHOUT butane.
  • Butane, if ordered, is shipped separately via ground regardless of the shipping method requested (Continental U.S. only)
