At Visol Products, we offer two types of custom engraving: standard engraving and laser engraving. Each type has different font options that can be found below. Products eligible for engraving will either be standard or laser. These details can be found individually on a product's page.

Please Note:
▻ Engraving costs will vary from product to product. Additional fees may apply.
▻ Orders with engraving ship in 3 - 4 business days.
▻ Orders with expedited engraving (if selected) ship in 1 - 2 business days at an additional cost.
▻ Engraving is done as specified in the engraving text box. Requests for any engraving changes will not be considered after an order is placed.
▻ The maximum number of characters allowed will vary from product to product and can be found on each product's page. Monogram font options will have a maximum of 3 characters only.
▻ Engravers will choose the best location and size of the engraving on each order if no specific request for location or size were made in the Order Notes box.
▻ If a font has not been selected when placing an engraving request, Roman Block will be the font used on the order.
▻ For any Monogram font options, initials should be given in a first name, last name and middle name format (e.g. John F. Kennedy = JKF; K will be the biggest letter, J and F will be the same size). Please ensure the order is correct to avoid any mistakes before placing the order.
▻ Bulk discounts may be offered if the order contains the same products with the same engraving request. Please contact us for more information.
▻ There are NO refunds/exchanges on any engraved items, unless an engraving error was made by Visol Products.
