REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Customer can return an item for a full refund if they are not satisfied with the quality of the product. Refunds/Returns are processed with the following rules (No exceptions made):

▻ Must be returned within 30 days of receiving the item (from the date tracking number shows the order as delivered)

▻ Contact us via email to receive an RMA number for your return. Returns without an appropriate RMA number may take longer or not be considered for returns.

▻ Item should be unused and undamaged. Product in damaged, used, or scratched condition will not be eligible for a refund.

▻ Item must be returned in original packaging. Items received not in original packaging may have 20% deducted from the refund or may not qualify.

▻ A shipping & handling charge applies if a product is returned for exchange. Only the cost of the item is refunded in case of return.

▻ We do not sell used or refurbished items. If there is a technical problem with an item that has been used, please return it to the manufacturer for repair/replacement. We do not hold responsibility for used items.

▻ Refund cannot be given for engraved items unless engraving was not done according to customer’s instructions.

▻ A copy of the order or packing slip and a note explaining the reason for return must be included with the return package.

▻ All returns are processed on Friday. No returns will be processed upon request.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please factor in both processing and shipping times.

We work hard to process all typical orders without engravings in 1-2 business days. If an order contains engraved items, processing time becomes 3-4 business days.

We offer Expedited Engraving service for $3.95, which will ensure that orders with expedited engraving process in 1-2 business days. Expedited Engraving Services must be selected on the product page when adding engraved items to cart. Requests for expedited services will not be taken after the order is placed.

Please note that first time orders require one extra day of processing.
