Q.  How do I become a dropshipper?

A.  You can apply for a dropship account by filling out our dropship application:



Q. How do I get product data feed in csv or excel format? Do you offer inventory data feeds and image files?

A. Once your dropship/wholesale account is approved, you can login to your account and in "My Account" section where you will find product data file, inventory file, out of stock inventory file, images in a zip file, etc.


Q. Is there a dropship fee?

A. Yes. We charge $2 dropship fee per order.


Q. Is there a minimum order amount?

A. No. There is no minimum order amount for dropship orders. 


Q. On dropship orders does the packing slip can be dropship customer company name?

A. Yes. The packing slip will show your company name to make it look like it came directly from you.


Q. When I apply for a new dropship account, will I get placed in Silver or Gold Plan?

A. We will set you up with Gold plan in beginning. If your annual sales is less than $5,000 per year we will downgrade it to Silver Plan automatically. When it reaches $20,000 you will be upgraded to Platinum plan automatically.


Q. Do I work with a Rep?

A.  In order to provide you with best pricing we have eliminated middle men/reps so that you can automate the dropshipping with our real-time data feeds, inventory feeds (attached) and real-time order status. When you sell an item on your site, all you have to do is place and order of that item on our site with your customer info. We put your company name on packing slip and ship it on your behalf making it look like it came from you! We do not add any marketing material to the package.


Q. How soon dropship orders ship once they are placed?

A.  We usually ship most orders within the next business day. However, we require at least 2 business days to process and ship an order before you inquire for a tracking number.


Q. What are your shipping methods?

A. We offer UPS and USPS shipping methods.


Q. Can you use third party UPS numbers?

A. Sorry we do not use customer's shipping account numbers.


Q. How often do you add products? How often do you send out updated product updated/ price list, and how will I be notified?

A. We add more products every few weeks. We are working on a system that will update you with new products automatically by email.


Q. How do you want me to send in my orders?

A.  We require orders to be placed online on www.VisolProducts.com by logging into your account. We offer bulk order upload functionality as well.


Q. Do you have a link to a product catalog?

Q. What documentation is required for dropship account?

A. We need tax id certificate (showing your address and business name)/ resale certificate of your state. If you do not have your tax id /resale certificate handy we would need: http://www.window.state.tx.us/taxinfo/taxforms/01-339.pdf filled out and faxed/emailed to us (In place of tax id number you can use your state's tax id number and indicate in the description/reason for exemption that this is a drop shipment and they are not required to be registered in Texas.
